Niagara Military Affairs Council Membership

The Niagara Military Affairs Council was formed in 1996 and has coordinated and published a series of professionally prepared brochures on the NFJARS highlighting its importance to the National Defense, the State of New York and Niagara County. These brochures have been used around the world to highlight the NFJARS and its military mission. NIMAC has a daily presence in Washington, D.C. and has assisted in the completion of several improvement projects by the federal government at NFJARS.

NIMAC has worked with the New York Air National Guard, Air Force Reserve, other local military units and government agencies to promote cooperation and joint use of the facilities at NFJARS. NIMAC has sponsored and promoted community events such as the Niagara Air Show 2000 at the NFJARS and the Air Bear Corps educational program in local schools.

Niagara County and its citizens have cooperated effectively in providing support to NIMAC in its efforts.

Membership in the NIMAC is open to business, service clubs, individuals, and groups interested in supporting the efforts of the council. Your support allows NIMAC to continue to work locally and with government on behalf of the men and women of the military stationed in the Niagara area. NIMAC's success depends on local support from people like you.
